Products
BAZIK STUDIO offers clothing pieces designed with a focus on simplicity, comfort, and creative identity.
We make every effort to display product colors, details, and sizing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings, lighting, or device.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the customer’s information.
BAZIK STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect information, stock errors, unreachable customer, suspected fraudulent activity, or any issue that prevents proper order processing.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. The final total includes the product price and the applicable delivery fee.
Payment
BAZIK STUDIO currently accepts Cash on Delivery.
This means that payment is made directly to the delivery agent when the order is delivered.
Please make sure that your phone number and delivery address are correct before confirming your order. Our team or delivery partner may contact you by phone to confirm your order or delivery details.
If the customer is unreachable, provides incorrect information, or refuses the order without a valid reason, BAZIK STUDIO reserves the right to cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24–72 hours after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and delivery conditions.
BAZIK STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, courier issues, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available within 5 business days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, perfume, stains, alteration, or missing packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Return shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order details and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will offer a suitable solution, such as an exchange, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Order Refusal
Because BAZIK STUDIO offers Cash on Delivery, we kindly ask customers to place orders only when they are ready to receive and pay for them.
Repeated order refusal, unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect delivery details may result in future orders being cancelled.

All content on this website, including logos, images, texts, product names, designs, visuals, and brand elements, belongs to BAZIK STUDIO unless stated otherwise.
